Holistic Development Specialist

Mary Irene Clare O. Deleña, MS, RPsy, PhD, a licensed psychologist, graduated from De La Salle University with the degrees Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy (PhD Research Apprenticeship Scholar), Master of Science in Psychology, major in Clinical Psychology, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology (honorable mention). Her publications, in the form of journal articles and a co-authored textbook, cover a variety of topics in the fields of psychology and philosophy. Bridging research and practice is her primary objective. For her doctoral dissertation, she researched on the philosophy of psychology. She was one of the Philippine delegates who participated in a short course on global health at Hokkaido University, Japan. She received training up to Level 2 of CreateCATT Developmental Play. She completed a number of online courses hosted by different universities such as Harvard University, University System of Maryland, and University of California, Berkeley, among others.

Speech Pathologist/
Audiologist

Maria Irina O. Deleña, MClinAud, RSLP, a registered speech-language pathologist and clinical audiologist, graduated from the University of the Philippines-Manila with the degrees Master of Clinical Audiology and Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology (cum laude). She has received training from The PROMPT Institute on PROMPTs for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets and completed Level 2 training in CreateCATT Developmental Play. She constantly seeks to update her current knowledge by attending and actively participating in various local and international seminars and workshops relevant to the practice of speech and language pathology and audiology. She was a special lecturer at the University of the Philippines-Manila where she taught and supervised undergraduate students of Speech Pathology. She has been working as a consultant speech and language pathologist for a few years and has worked with clients with concerns regarding speech, language, and auditory skills.
